Count beds, not people
Ask every household for a bed count, not a headcount. Then add one small cabin as a buffer — someone always brings a surprise cousin. Bed configurations are listed on each cabin page.
Book 9–12 months out
Summer weekends with multiple cabins need lead time. Shoulder season (May, September) gets you more of the property for less money.
